#4 Lamarcus Aldridge
Lamarcus Aldridge may be the most valuable player to his team in the NBA. He stepped up last year and had a career year on both sides of the floor for Portland. While L.A. has taken a lot of heat in the past for his weak rebounding, Aldridge thrived on the glass last season averaging 11 per night. Offensively Aldridge is the perfect weapon at Power Forward. The crafty big man is incredible in the pick and pop, as his 46% conversion rate is 5th in the NBA. Defensively, Aldridge improved tremendously as showed great improvement in pick and roll situations. Portland held teams to 56.8 % at the rim, which was 3rd best in the NBA. Look for the Lamarcus-led Trail Blazers to make a deep post-season run this year.
