#3 Andre Drummond
Drummond has shown tremendous growth in his first two seasons in the NBA. Last year Andre was dominant on the glass, as his 13.2 rebounds per game were good for second in the NBA. Defensively he handled the paint well, posting a steal and close to 2 blocks per game. While Drummond needs to work on his post up game, he is virtually unstoppable in the open floor and in pick and roll situations. His achilles heel has been free-throw shooting. The New York native shoots a woeful 60% from the charity stripe on his career. Look for Drummond to show an improved post game and push the Pistons to the playoffs this year.
