The owner-chef of SO restaurant in San Francisco had seen and heard enough of hard to please customers. Last night the owner ran into a patch of tough incidents to handle. The first group refused to pay because the food was too spicy. The second group felt so strongly about their feelings about the food that they swore at the owner.

In response to the picky customers the owner created a sign that stated “YES we use MSG, NO we don’t believe in organic food, and we don’t give a sh*t about gluten-free.” If that wasn’t enough, the owner closed shop for a day and put the sign up for all potential customers to see. After a day of cooling off the chef returned to the restaurant and replaced his previous sign with a more patron friendly sign stating “We work hard to please everyone but we know we can’t, so if you’re a hard to please customer, please turn around and go somewhere else!”

Catch a video recap of the incident below.
