Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce you to Paul Charles Dozsa aka “the restaurant runner.” Dozsa was known as a former chess champion. Paul was also notorious for dining and dashing in the mid-90’s.
The video shows the cops escorting Dozsa out after an arrest, possibly over yet another free meal. Dozsa was arrested for leaving before paying for 54 meals in the past.
The restaurant runner yells at the cops after they refuse to give him time with the press before taking him to jail. This one is full of classic quotes such as:
“Are you waiting to receive my limp penis?”
“What is the charge? Eating a succulent Chinese meal?”
“That is a nice headlock sir! I see that you know your judo well!”
